Shipping Policy
Returns & Exchanges
For any return or exchange request, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at shopkameezy@gmail.com along with clear images of the product, or by submitting a return request through our website.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges more than once per order.
- Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return or further exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for bulk orders, fabrics, or products customized upon request.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and ensure that all items received match the order placed.
- No return or exchange requests will be accepted if not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once a return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the parcel.
International Orders
Returns and exchanges are not applicable for international shipments due to export regulations and customs policies applicable to international orders.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product for another item available on our website.
If the replacement product is of a lower value, the remaining balance (after adjusting any shipping or related charges, if applicable) will be issued as a KAMEEZY Store Credit Note. This credit note can be redeemed on future purchases through our website.
We are not responsible for any misuse of the credit note once it has been communicated to the customer.
For exchanges:
- We will arrange pickup of the original product.
- The replacement product will be shipped only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by KAMEEZY.
A refund or exchange may be denied if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
- Original tags are missing or removed.
- The original invoice/receipt is not returned with the product.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, dyed, printed upon, or modified in any way.
- The product is not returned in its original packaging.
- The product shows signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection.
The final decision regarding refund or exchange eligibility shall remain solely with KAMEEZY after inspection of the returned merchandise.
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–30 working days, depending on the payment method and payment gateway processing timelines.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Packages cannot be opened before payment is completed.
- Products cannot be inspected or used with the intention of returning them immediately at the time of delivery.
- Delivery personnel are authorized only to deliver the package after receiving payment and cannot accept returns on the spot.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing us at shopkameezy@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Approved cancellations made before dispatch will be refunded in full within 15 working days.
- We do not entertain shipping address change requests once an order has been dispatched.
